Online School Counseling Sign-up

In an effort to ensure student safety and accountability we have implemented an online sign up form for students and parents/guardians.

Student School Counseling Request

Students can use this online form to request to see their counselor. Your school counselor will reach out to schedule a meeting! Feel free to stop in before or after school and during passing periods to also see your counselor!

Parent/Guardian School Counseling Referral

Parents/guardians can use this form to refer their student for a meeting with the school counselor. Parents, if you have concerns you can also reach out to your student's school counselor directly using the contact information above.
